Adult Dance Yoga (Saturdays 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
Dance Yoga is a mind-body-spirit course that blends dance and yoga elements.
The first half hour focuses on basic yoga postures (free of charge), helping participants stretch, improve flexibility and strength. The second hour incorporates dance movements to music, enhancing physical expression and rhythm. The course has a gentle pace, suitable for beginners. Through movement and breath connection, you can release stress through dance and find inner balance through yoga.
